Space Planners and Coordination Enterprises-Architects, PSC ("SPACES.Architects, PSC") has over 20 years of experience specializing in Corporate and Commercial Interiors for major local Companies.

SPACES.Architects is supported by a competent, professional and highly qualified team and consultants in the field of architectural and engineering design, including interior and exterior architectural design, civil, electrical, lighting, mechanical and structural design. In order to maintain a high standard of quality we work consistently with the same group of consultants for most of our projects.

Our Company is recognized for establishing long term professional relationships with our clients; managing multiple projects for the same client at different sites including design and construction management services. This has been accomplished by delivering consistently, a high quality product, within the established project goals and objectives, project schedule and project budget. Our repetitive client list includes Municipio De San Juan, Pan Pepin, Open Mobile, Triple-S, Banco Popular of Puerto Rico, Puerto Rico Hospital, and American Health Medicare, among others.

At present time, we are involved in the design and supervision of the Remodeling Project at Galería Nacional located in Old San Juan, which involves historic conservation expertise, custom interior design and state of the art lighting design for the renovation of the art galleries, a sculptural stairway and an outdoor café area.

Our current project schedule allows for the integration of future projects, as such we look forward to establishing a long term relationship with new clients.
